Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you have booked a diving trip or course and are unable to attend, please notify FreedomDIVE immediately. All refund requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Post-Commencement Policy
Once the service or activity has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, whether for full or partial unused services. If a customer is unable to complete a diving trip, course, or any pre-booked activity for any reason (including health-related issues), the customer remains responsible for any additional expenses incurred as previously agreed.
2. Cancellation Fees & Refund Schedule
A processing fee of 1,000 THB, credit card transaction fees, and any other actual expenses incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount. The remaining refund is calculated based on the notice period as follows:
Case A: Final payment required 45 days before departure

Case B: Final payment required 30 days before departure

3. Changes and Cancellations by FreedomDIVE
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, FreedomDIVE will make every effort to proceed with the trip as planned. However, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone any trip for any reason. If the shop cancels the trip prior to departure, a full refund of the amount paid for that specific trip will be provided.
